The initial assessor noted that out house, built circa 1914, had inadequate ventilation and suggested a solution. The workers who installed the roof were polite, professional, and did a great job. Very hard workers in very hot weather. The new roof is amazing. The fix to the ventilation was stunning. Our upstairs always had problems with heating and cooling. The closets were either a sauna or a freezer, depending on the season. I had attributed this to insulation problems. The difference with the new ventilation is amazing. It's an old house so in 98 degrees it still gets warm, but it is WAY more comfortable than it has ever been. Haven't had to use window units at all so far. The closets are remarkably better as well. It has made a big difference to comfort in the summer and I can't wait to see the changes in the winter. The price was reasonable for today's costs as well. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

According to Kelly Ish there is no such thing as prep showed him in the contract prep work would include scrapping sanding paint for smooth edges all they did was scrap now it looks like shit no fillers no sanding this guy would go way beyond the loud voice we customers are idiots he even shook my hand asking forgiveness I told him I do hand shakes if you don't honor the hand shake I'm your worst enemy. I don't know why the interior of the house was great, this Kelly Ish is a total nut case I will never promote their company no way no how sorry Ron and Nate mom and I truly enjoyed the help you gave us for the remodel of the kitchen due the owner he wiped our trust completely away.

Not only did he fix the original issue, but he took the time to check the surrounding area and noticed that some roof tiles that had previous water damage were the wrong size. He asked if I had extra tiles, explained the issue clearly, and went ahead and replaced them properly. He didn't have to do that--but he did. Jaime was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. You don't find that kind of work ethic very often anymore.
