We are grateful for this facility so close and the specialty care that has been added in the last few years: orthopedics, sleep center, and connection to the patient charting system used all over Oregon called EPIC. There's no way my husband and I can provide the care and services my MIL requires. The staff is friendly and mostly accommodating. The food services have gotten better since my MIL has been there. She's actually putting on a little weight. A couple of things I wish they could change would be to lower the TV on the wall so my MIL can see it without hurting her neck and remove the sling for the Hoyer lift once she's in her wheelchair. She constantly complains about sitting on that sling all day long. I know that's probably not an easy thing to do as they have to lift her probably 6 times a day for a brief change.
