I can't even begin to tell you just how much this place sucks. Not just the way they operate, but the dentists themselves. Or at least, 1 of them. And that's enough for me. I can assure you that everyone giving their 1 star reviews are 100% right on the money.
Let me tell you my first experience. Everything SEEMED fine. Made it there without any problems and was led by a man who seemed nice. The minute I sat in the chair he immediately bombarded me with questions about my last dentist, and why I switched, where it was, ect. Most of the questions I wasn't sure how to answer. So he rolled his eyes at me and said "okay whatever." So he started looking at my teeth. Then the second red flag showed up. He began making rude, snide comments about the last dentist's work, talking about how bad of a job they did on the fillings, and something about it not looking attractive. I know there's competitions between businesses, but I just found this very immature and unprofessional. When he began cleaning my teeth, he didn't seem to be paying much attention to what he was doing, like he was doing it half assed, and he happened to hit one of my nerves, so I flinched and grimaced. he immediately scoffed at me saying "that didn't hurt!" First, yes it did and second, I tend to be more hypersensitive to pain, so even if it wouldn't hurt a normal person, I sure felt it. And I found that comment very rude and hostile.
The second time I came it was because one of the fillings that was previously done before I went there, broke off. So I told them exactly why I was there. To get a filling redone. I literally said "Hi, I'm here to get one of my fillings redone." So when it was my turn, I was led in and sat down, in which he proceeded to needlessly attack me. He told me that I shouldn't "complain" about the work they do because it makes them look bad as dentists. I was shocked at the sudden attack, so of course I would jump to defend myself. I started to tell him I wasn't complaining at all I was just making a request, in which he shushed me saying something along the lines of "I don't want to hear it. You came here to get some fillings and that's what we're gonna do, ok?" That really annoyed me, but seeing as how I now wanted it over with so I could get out of there away from him, I just sat and said nothing.
The third time, more recently. Was because I had felt a lot of soreness and nerve pain in a few of my teeth. A few at the bottom and at least 2 at the top. After several x-rays he insisted I had only 1 cavity and again he dealt with it half assed and was definitely not gentle on the nerves. After some pain they finally gave in and gave me the needle, but the way he was acting he seemed annoyed to have had to use it at all. I feel like he barely helped me at all and for all the trash he talked about other dentists, he sure didn't seem to be much better. Not only that, but their attitude is poor and hostile. At least the man I was dealing with. They could do with some lessons on manners and professionalism, I feel like whatever he was dealing with, he always projected onto me. I have never heard until now, of a doctor of any kind attacking their patients like this.
I would advise anyone reading this, NOT to bother with this office. read more
