I had my vehicle vinyl wrapped here for approximately $2,500. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From day one, I raised concerns about visible debris trapped under the wrap, along with peeling, bubbling, and other workmanship issues. Over the next several months, I brought my vehicle back 4-5 times for warranty repairs because the same problems kept returning. During those visits, I also discovered a broken window switch, broken roof trim clips that had been secured with double-sided tape, and missing hardware for my widebody fender flare. Although the shop compensated me for the damaged and missing parts, none of these issues were brought to my attention--I had to discover and point them out myself. After that, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with the shop for any further repairs. When I asked to discuss a refund after multiple unsuccessful repair attempts, the owner told me, "It's a sticker, it's not going to be perfect." He also said that if it were his vehicle, he "wouldn't be worried about one car" because he owns six vehicles. Those comments made me feel that my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed. I then took the car to another wrap shop for an inspection. They pointed out sloppy overlaps, wrinkles, trapped debris, and peeling, and told me those issues were not consistent with a properly installed wrap especially after 6 months of installation. I understand that no installation is absolutely perfect, but after 4-5 repair attempts, I expected the problems to be resolved. Instead, I was left with the same recurring defects and no satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you care about workmanship, attention to detail, and communication, I would encourage you to do your research before choosing where to have your vehicle wrapped.
