They have horrible communication. All they can do is say we will get back to you, as well as never getting back to you. Even to the extent of telling me that they have other clients so don't see all the emails we are big law group. They don't have conformation that my claim has been accepted even though I've been going to doctor appointments, physical therapy, and other appointments that have been approved by workers comp. They do not value there actual clients it's just a pay check to them. read more

Walked into the office, I was not sure what to expect after finding them online. The place looked a little like an old school library with all the books lining the walls and shelves of law journals sitting on each table. I walked up to one of the receptionists at the front desk and they greeted me. I received a consultation with one of the attorneys who was available. Overall a positive experience dealing with the lawyer from this firm. Towards the end of my case I realized that it is possible to do the entire process by yourself but without experience or knowledge dealing with the car insurances and all the medical companies is something that you need to have a lot of knowledge on. Professional law firm that gets it done! I found Pacific attorney group on the web and gave them a call. I signed with them the same day I called them. Surprisingly they were open at 10 PM and had someone come to my house with all the paperwork. The procedure was a bit unfamiliar for me just because I didn't anticipate a car accident case taking so long. I have to admit throughout the case I did call a few times unhappy. I hear pacific group attorneys ads on the radio a all the time advertising they get the best claims out of any personal injury lawyers. people in san francisco are probably one of the worst drivers in all of california this taxi guy hit me so hard and had the balls to deny it was his fault. PAG HElped me get to the bottom of whose fault the accident was. I tried to communicate with the insurance myself but as time went on I realized they are extremely slow with responding back. Somehow the insurance just knew exactly when I would be busy and away from the phone to call me and just leave a voicemail. I would call these guys back within seconds of missing their call and these people wouldnt answer or reach back for another 2-3 days. The phone tag game with these people got me fed up to the point where I had to lawyer up.
