He demanded final payment when the job was finished. However, one could not really inspect the final product due to the two hour drying period. In addition, his company broke the hose connection which cost me around $50 to repair. I understand he has a huge project in a new development still I expected at least a phone call.

Mr Blank recently responded to my review stating "We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address this properly" He goes on to indicate he has no knowledge of the situation and to provide proof. Since his response I have contacted Mr Blank through Yelp, I have emailed him and supplied all documentation, I have texted him and left phone messages. This is not new information for Mr Blank as all documentation was provided to him at the time. It has now been five days and he has not responded in any fashion. He does not seem to be taking the situation seriously after all. Mr Blank poured a driveway for me. After completion I paid him in full. Shortly after doing so, I received a demand from the concrete provider for $10,860.50 followed by the filing of a mechanics lien on my property. To obtain release of this lien I paid the supplier over $6,500 and also incurred legal fees associated with the lien. MR Blank did not pay his suppliers and it certainly does not seem to concern him that I got stuck with his bill. Hire this company at your own risk.

At the 7 week mark, I was curious because no one had called me with an update on my order. They said they would call in a couple of weeks once they had my install ready to schedule. Jason did call and schedule for the following week at 9am. There were some set-backs on install day, for I had been scheduled to be 9am and by 10am, no one had shown up or called. Having taken the morning off, I was upset when I ended up having to take the full day off and they didn't even arrive until after 2pm. The crew was very efficient, with Sergio heading the team. They worked for a couple of hours. Glad I was there, to review fence before they finalized or they would have installed the fence sloped to accommodate the yard. Fence should be even, dirt can be added to even the slope of the yard on the side of the house. The posts were corrected and fence install continued. Second day they came back and finished the job. Fence looks great and truly adds value to the house. I think the installation crew is top notch. The office staff really needs to improve on their communication skills with their customers. It's like they don't care about the customer but boy did they call right away to get paid. No one ever apologized for making me wait all day when I had been scheduled for a 9am install.
