The entire team of co-workers and caregivers are hands down the best people I have ever worked with.   The only thing I would recommend if giving any constructive criticism, is that they hire more employees. This business has grown very much since I started, and we have grown with new clients. I know they only want to hire A+ caregivers so at times they have a challenge in keeping up with the demand.  But other than that, I can honestly say that Home Instead has been a blessing for me and has provided me many opportunities to grow my career. Unfortunately, I am having to move out of state. I am going to miss everyone there as they have become a 2nd family to me.   If you need care for a loved one, please consider Rob's team as they are a top-notch company.

Then management called with intrusive personal questions that was none of their business. They had faulty information about me. The issue of concern to them was plainly stated in the documents and should have been settled when I signed the contract for care. The next request for transportation was a "no show" with no notice They completely let me down. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment with one hours notice. I put in another request for transportation and never heard back from scheduling. When I called to ask about my reservation they said they had a driver for me but had not got around to calling me. That was it! I cancelled the reservation and asked for my deposit back. I don't know what their game is but I have not received my deposit nor any sort of a followup from management. I could not trust them and believe they were going to "no show" until I stopped calling. You be the judge. There are many other providers in Crossville with more flexiblity and less costly service.

It looks like the only people that make any money is the ones that said in the office on their fat asses and do nothing.
