If they cant clear the drain, or if they have to have someone else clear the drain. They dont get paid. Twice now Ive had them come out to clear the main line. Twice now Ive had two different young plumbers come by to clear it. BOTH, were very nice, and ready and willing to work hard to clear the line. This time " Will" came out and was here on time. He went right to work.WE talked as he tried to clear the line. I told him he would probably need a bladder bag. Thats what cleared the line before. He was not authorized to use on. So he called his supervisor. His Supervisor came out and also tried to clear the line. I again mentioned the bladder bag. After about an hour, the supervisor gave in and sent Will on a journey to get a bladder bag. Another 45 minutes later, Will.showed up with the bag. The supervisor ran the line again. WHALAH!!. The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Because of this one person I would NOT recommend Thrifty Rooters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.

We had the big water softener company come out and inspect our house and give us an estimate for a…read morewater softener, as we have a well and hard water. They told us our plumbing configuration was problematic, and they wouldn't be able to separate the house water from the outside water. That meant we would either need to manually bypass the softener when we watered the lawn, or rent the more expensive automated unit. The installation was going to be almost $400 and up to $50 monthly service fee. I had Performance Plumbing Services come out and inspect the property, and he was able to locate the plumbing which would allow for the proper installation of the water softener, in a convenient location. I purchased the water softener I wanted, and it was installed in a professional, timely manner. The entire experience was professional, they are obviously experienced, and the cost was reasonable. I would use them the next time I need plumbing services.
