Update: after building a new cabin a couple of years ago, we have had Pace Pest Control treat the interior, exterior, and yard on a quarterly basis. The service is very good. Had a nice conversation with the owner, Phillip, and scheduled an appt. I needed to reschedule the appt. (for three days later) and he was nice about that, although it took him a while to respond. He no-showed for the appt. and failed to respond to my voice mail and text msg (I left one of each). I have never heard from him. Based on this, I would characterize his behavior as unprofessional and him as unreliable. Sad, but true. read more
