Cooking with same gloves he's receiving money with. Not sanitary at all. Tacos weren't very good.

I had such high expectations for this place! But honestly, it was a disappointment first let's start with the taco. It has absolutely no flavor the guacamole that's on there overpowers the whole thing so you can't even taste the meat. The tortilla was served cold, which is unfair because you should be giving me a hot tortilla second I ordered the Carne Asada fries. The meat was tasteless. The hot sauce that was provided to me had heat, but absolutely no taste. Maybe this is common for Peruvian food cause I've never had it but I've had years of experiencing in Mexican food and this is maybe some of the worst. Personally, I would consider adding a lot more seasoned to your meat also serving less guacamole in the taco so you could actually taste everything not just the guacamole, which honestly it's not even that good either it's not your typical guacamole. The Hot sauce add in some tomatoes , tomatillos, onions salt I promise you it would be a lot tastier.

I was excited to try Pablitos as it is right next to where I live. I can literally walk to this location and it would have been super convenient so I wanted to like this place. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I walked in and there were a few people sitting and eating, there was no line and I went directly to the counter to order. The #1 turn off for me for any establishment is the lack of Customer Service and at the least some sort of acknowledgment such as "we will be right with you" or "welcome in" or "can I help you" I understand you may be busy (which they weren't) but at least some acknowledgment. I sat there and stared at 4 workers. 1 guy was prepping food in the back, another was giving the orders and I believe also prepping food. What really bothered me is there were two girls in the front and they were talking and laughing with each other and not caring that I'm standing in front of them. Literally like I'm invisible being completely ignored. Then someone else got behind me also ready to order and he was starting to get confused. After 5 minutes of being ignored I was ready to leave and one of the girls took my order PRICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD: I ordered a $15 quesadilla and a $4 taco. The food was edible but no where near good. The lomo taco was 5/10 basically edible. The quesadilla was a 6/10 everything was ok except the carne asada was tough as hell and just a huge disappointment. I can't see myself coming back. THEN they promote this "4% cash discount" which is a nice way of saying "we charge a credit card fee but we don't want to tell you" EXPENSIVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOOD IS MID I don't see this place lasting too long.

Pablitos Tacos is a top tier taco shop. Super clean and authentic. I ordered a shrimp taco and a beef taco. Both were filled and topped with plenty of fresh ingredients. Salsas were tasty and had a nice kick to it. Nice spot for your taco or burrito craving.

9/28/25 Sunday... Be prepared to wait up to an hour or more for your food. Their grand opening was Friday 9/26/25. There's only one cashier taking orders. Should've had both registers opened in my opinion. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos for $8.16. The meat was very flavorful. This place is located where the Rolling Taquitos was on Bedford Canyon Rd. Take a good look at their menu as some food items are expensive. All the staff were definitely doing the best they can with getting the food prepared and to the customers. I even saw the male manager helping out. Heads up it's best to pay with cash to get a discount. If you pay with a credit card you're charge a fee. I'll be back in a couple of weeks once the newness wears off.

This place has some good Mexican food with a touch of Peruvian. Ordered the Lomo Saltado Plate. Has fries on the bottom with steak lomo, red onions, roma tomatoes, with rice and also can't forget their in house signature crack sauce. That sauce goes hand and hand with any menu items! Service is excellent here, food came out quick! They also have a nice outside patio area as well. $1 taco Tuesdays, must order from theie online portal. 10 tacos minimum. It's a good deal!

I'm working my way down the menu. I had the lomo saltado last time and today I ordered the lomo saltado taco plate. Both were excellent!!

I've finally given up on this place. The food is way over priced for what it is. Tonight was the final straw. Paid $17 for asada fries that has one scoop of meat, a little cheese and some guac. See photo. They forgot my veggie tacos which set me off. And after giving them a call they informed me they no longer serve veggie tacos. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU! Problem solved!! They hardly put any meat in the tacos. The salsas are bland. They only have 2 salsas to choose from btw. I'm over it. I'll stick to the local taqueria food truck. IYKYK.

Food takes a while about 15 minutes, good things come to those who wait!! and Good it is! They do keep the place clean, which is nice. The previous plate roll it up get it dirty thumbs up to Pablito's tacos.

Came in today for their soft opening after making a deposit next door. Didn't know they were open yet but when I saw the doors open, you know I had to stop in! Instantly greeted by staff and management! Everyone was super nice and helpful with navigating the menu and providing recommendations! Ended up ordering the traditional burrito and two crispy tacos with shredded beef to go! The food was outstanding. Great flavor and hearty portions! Stop in for their grand opening! You won't be disappointed! Thanks friends! We found a new taco joint!

Half a piece of fish per taco

Update: came back to get the one thing I previously enjoyed, fish tacos. Took a while, but that's ok, fish has got to fry. Then the cook takes one beer battered filet out of the fryer. I thought that was weird as I ordered two, only to see them cut it down the center to make two tacos. The tacos are then dressed with sauces and enough cabbage to qualify this meal as a salad. Then my plate was left next to the register where it was ignored until a third employee arrived carrying sacks of meat who asked if I'd like to dine in or take out. The two things I previously praised were the service and the fish tacos. I no longer stand by that, hard pass.

Wait Staff: I wish I took the name of our waitress because she was awesome, funny and knowledgeable about the menu. All waiters/waitresses were great. Drinks: Unfortunately I didn't get any drinks because we kept seeing the brightly colored drinks and flights being served around us and I was jealous, they all looked awesome. Food: This is where it gets good because the food was A+++mazing. We started off with just the salsa, chips and for a nice surprise, some warm beans. The salsa brought a tear to my eye because it was soooo good. Luckily, my son doesn't eat salsa so I drank it all down. The chips were perfectly fresh and crispy. Guac: So, our waitress brought us some off the menu guac, and, WTF, why are they hiding this recipe from the rest of the world. I literally got into a fist fight with my son because he was trying to take it from me (not really) but I didn't want to share. The presentation was so cute too. Plantains + chips + guac = heavan Fajitas: I ordered fajitas and all boxes were checked, quantity, quality, and taste. I ordered the chicken and it was juicy and thick and perfectly seasoned. Steak tacos: My kid ordered the steak tacos and we brokered a deal to trade some steak for chicken and this was the best deal made since the New Deal (American history). Steak was chunky and juicy and fresh! The only problem with this place is that it is very far from my house as I was in the 'hood for my kids basketball tournament. If I am in the area you better believe that I will be back. Oh yeah, and very affordable for the upscale dining.

The bartender took our drink order, and we received chips and salsa, which were very good. However, the bartender seemed a bit distracted, forgot about us, even though it wasn't a busy night. We decided to give it another chance since so many people seem to enjoy this place. We visited again, and we ordered a few drinks, received chips and salsa, then placed our food order. We waited for a bit and ordered a few more drinks. Unfortunately, after waiting about an hour, we never received our meal or any update on its status. We eventually decided to close out our bill. At that point, we noticed we had been charged for the meal we never received, as well as drinks that were not served. When we brought this to the bartender's attention, they raised their voice and told us we were wrong, which caught us by surprise. I understand that things can get busy, but a lack of communication and being spoken to disrespectfully is unacceptable. A simple check-in or update would have made a big difference. Based on this experience, we're unlikely to return. We really wanted this to work, but maybe you had to be regular customer to get better service?! We tried, but this place is a solid No for us.

The chips are fresh, super thin and crisp, lightly salted. The salsa one of my favorites. I don't know why others cannot make them the same. I can see a plate of impeccable nachos in my future here. Camarones, Mojo de Ajo style, no head, no shell. The shrimp were nice sized, but obviously overcooked. Mr B said that a couple even tasted old as well. Too bad. On the other hand, the sides, beans and rice, were sensational. Done beautifully, with very rich flavors, I would come here just for those two items. My garlic shrimp burrito was filled with smaller sized shrimp than his, their awesome rice, some fresh salsa, and a pink dressing (?). The shrimp tasted fine, not overcooked, but not overly garlicky. And usually I dislike rice in my burritos, but this combination was an exception, a real winner. I recall having an amazing carnitas here on past visits that I really must revisit. Hmmm. This is beginning to sound like a carnitas nacho plate would be the right thing to do. The interior is very attractive with their colorful and vibrant murals. Great World Cup soccer playing on their TV. The server was absolutely attentive. A good little place worth s return visit.

The asada was good, but it was not my favorite. I have a thing with chewy fatty pieces and I understand it is common in lower quality cuts of flap meat. This asada had quite a few pieces I had to spit out because it was just too chewy. The refried beans were good, also not my favorite though. The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. The tacos were loaded with meat and hard to pick up. That's the best! The pastor was tender and juicy. The fish taco was freshly fried and loaded with toppings and sauce. After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes. Super nice! Salsa were all really good! Especially the green avocado salsa. I'll come back for carnitas when I'm in the mood for tacos/quesadillas. I'll probably avoid the asada though.
