The booking process is amazing. You book online, they call to confirm and answer any and all question you have. They are so thorough and nice. The owner, I can't remember his name, but he is so friendly and attentive to what the customer is looking for. Once booked they don't require payment until the night before(credit card) or day of (cash/check) so that in the chance there is bad weather on the day of the event, there's no issues with needing to be refunded. That's a HUGE plus for me since they called for rain earlier in the week but luckily the weather prediction changed. They arrived around 8ish am for setup, which was quick. They found the best place to put the bounce house and went over the simple instructions and do's & don'ts. I also reserved the sno-COne machine which was super simple to operate. They supplied all the things for the machine minus the ice of course. I signed a few papers stating they went over everything and I sent my kids in. The bounce house(sports house with slide) was so clean as was the sno-cone machine. And it was the highlight of the party, I couldn't get the kids out of it! My husband and I even went in it after all the kids were asleep, I felt like a kid again!! So thankfully they let us keep it until the morning after the party. Pick up was easy, it was (I think) the owner and 2 workers. They worked so quick and had everything done within a few minutes. I honestly cannot wait to work with them again. We want to get another bounce house for a random party later this summer! 10/10 would recommend. I've already told every parent at the party that asked where we got it.

I was looking to rent an inflatable bounce house with a slide combo. I booked everything online…read more The site allowed me to pick my date and time and gave me confirmation. I rented their generator as well as we are doing my son's 4th birthday part IN A PARK, and their description on Generator states if renting in a park or location that is not close to an electrical outlet. I got an EMAIL rather than a phone call to make it more personal, stating they are NOT renting anymore for the weekend I am requesting and they do not deliver and rent out for parks. UHM WHAT. That is why you are renting out generators to operate the inflatable. I called and left a voicemail for more clarification - they have not called back. If you are not renting out anymore of the weekend I am needing, do not allow that date as an option. I thought their services were going to be awesome and their pricing is reasonable and that is why I decided to rent with them just for them to send me an EMAIL stating they can not service my party. UNPROFESSIONAL

His unique planning website was easy to use, and he answered all of our questions quickly, via e-mail. He even helped me plan, and keep secret, a song I wanted to sing for my husband the day of. He also worked with us in getting a sweet recording from my husband's grandfather, who lives in Canada, and couldn't make it to our special day. David and his crew were fantastic throughout the wedding, making sure we were on time. David played every song we wanted played. His lights were awesome, the sound quality was great. We had separate places for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception, and he was able to fully accommodate us. The photo booth was also fantastic! I highly recommend David! You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you, David and your crew for giving us the wedding we dreamed of!

I immediately called and spoke with Matt. I sent some pictures to him to see if it was something that could be fixed that day. Unfortunately, the damage I did would have to be repaired at the shop. They were up front about all parts and repairs done and they came up with a very fair resolution. I can't say enough about their professionalism. I would recommend West End Equipment Rental to everyone.

Harry C Productions was recommended to us and boy were we knocked off our socks! Not only did we meet the DJ ahead of time to discuss ideas, Harry was open to our song requests (some of which were very specific and not all that common) and made our special day even more unique. From introductions to fun table games to traditional dances, party dances, slow songs, dance floor games and even party lines with instruments all over our reception venue (and the restaurant next door), not a single guest stayed seated and everyone had a blast! It was such a fun experience and everyone enjoyed the music and entertainment, no matter what age. I can highly recommend Harry C Productions!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cathy at her venue, Carmen's Country Inn & Gardens, and…read moreI cannot recommend her--or the venue--highly enough. First, Cathy is the epitome of a true professional. If you want someone with deep experience, exquisite taste, a talented team, and impeccable organizational skills, look no further. She's also a delight to work with--gracious, calm, and endlessly accommodating--which made the entire planning process feel effortless and enjoyable. And then there's the venue itself. Carmen's Country Inn & Gardens is absolutely enchanting. The photos online capture its charm, but seeing it in person is something else entirely. With more and more couples seeking weddings in rural Pennsylvania, I can confidently say this is one of the most beautiful, welcoming, and unique venues you'll find.

When we decided to get married and toured the venue, it stood out. The garden area is like a secret…read moregarden with 2 waterfalls and numerous areas for an outdoor ceremony. The indoor area contrats it with an art deco/Great Gatsby/classic Hollywood Glam vibe that we loved at first site! (Take a look at the ornate ceiling tiles!) We chose to have our ceremony and seating set under the pavillion which is concrete and flat. Our wedding was July 6 and with the weather forecast changing throughout the week, high temperatures, elderly, and some disabled guests, we took everyone's safety into consideration to provide cover (and shade) because we wanted an outside ceremony. The beautiful walking path from the center of the property down to the pavillion that gave the perfect grand entrance. There is also a beautiful pond on the property where we did our "first look" prior to our ceremony. For our outdoor cocktail hour, there were areas for seating with tables, a some bar tables, a patio off the bar/pavillion area and others just sat in the chairs from the ceremony to mingle and snack. (The coconut shrimp is fantastic by the way!) For one of our 2 signature drinks, we had the option of Arnold Palmer iced tea that could be spiked. It gave another option to family members that don't drink alcohol and didn't put them into an awkward situation. When we stood infront of the waterfall after we came back from wedding party pictures and were chatting with some of our guests, it turned into an impromptu receiving line where we unexpectedly got many pictures with our guests!  For the inside, don't have the layout fool you. It is a perfect layout! We had tables surrounding 3 sides of what you would think would be the main dance floor (but wasn't used that way). The inside ceiling is always drapped and has uplighting installed so that is one less thing you have to worry about! We had a sweetheart table for us at the top of the dance floor and had an intimate first dance while "dancing on the clouds" and some additional uplighting from DJ, had our matron of honor and best man give their speeches and did our cake cutting there.  We then moved the dancing after dinner and dessert to the other dance floor by having the father-of-the-bride/bride dance along with other dances on the other dance floor by the bar. It was my parents' 40th wedding anniversary on June 23rd and my cousins 50th anniversary on the date of the actual wedding so we extended and dance to them too. It allowed a seamless transition for others to make their way to the other dance floor. We also had 2 extra tables and the photobooth set up near the bar and dance floor to make guests want to be in that area. Also, there is an outdoor patio right outside the dance floor so guests outside getting some fresh air could still feel like they were part of the action. The initial seating for dinner allowed a more quiet area for guests who wanted to watch but have some space too. Our bar package had frozen drinks and top shelf liquor which helped cooling off in the heat. We ended the night with a private couple dance while our guests were assembled outside by the fountain and our marquis leaders for a sparkler send off and photo and video opportunity outside the building. Carmen's Country Inn & Gardens staff treated us like family. Cathy paid attention to all details and made sure our needs were met. She was thorough with timelines and reminders which I appreciated. With so many things going on planning a wedding, careers changes and the nonprofits we volunteer with, she ensured that we were on time and everything was remembered. I received not only a venue and catering package that included a cake, but also a wedding coordinator/Cathy on top of it! With Carmen's having its own bakery and catering, I was able to address ALL food allergies. Cathy ensures that meals are packed for the Bride and Groom to enjoy after the wedding which we truly appreciated. We made lifelong connections with the family and employees at the venue. We are so grateful we picked this venue!
