I am sometimes kept waiting for a while past my appointment time, but appreciate that it's not always possible to predict how long treatment will take. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming. I am a nervous patient, and have found some dentists better than others for helping me to feel at ease, but I think it's a case of finding a dentist that you get on with and sticking with them.

They are an NHS dentist, so your treatment costs are reasonable, and all of the dentists are very calm and explain what they are doing every step.

The actual dentist rooms are calming and pristine again as you would expect, the dentists put you at ease and tell you what is happening and are very patient if nervous or have children who don't want to open their mouths. All in all a very good dentist and would certainly recommend them.
