Hiring SertaPro Painters was a huge mistake. They rushed the job from day one--my neighbors even…read moresaw them painting a second coat over a wet first coat just to finish faster. The interior of my one-car garage only got one coat, full of missed spots, and I still paid $1,000 for patchy, low-quality work. The exterior is even worse. Within a year the paint bubbled, likely because they didn't let it cure before it rained. Their "fix" was sanding and spot-painting, which left my aluminum siding with bare, textureless patches and obvious mismatched paint. After more rain, new bubbles appeared. They now blame "moisture behind the siding" and refuse to repaint properly--only offering more patch jobs. Their warranty is worthless, and their communication is terrible. I've had to chase them down every single time; they never call back first. Most recently, they came on Sept. 23rd and said I'd hear from them in a day or two. It's now Sept. 29th, and nothing. The end result: a patchy, mismatched house, endless follow-ups, and no accountability. I'm now speaking with other painting companys and pursuing legal action to recover my money. Do not hire SertaPro Painters. The warranty is a joke, the work is sloppy, and the customer service is nonexistent.

They were very professional and easy to work with in planning our colors, arranging the work schedule, etc. One way to judge a good company is their service after the painting is done. We had a few touchups that needed done a few months later and they were here the very next day to get everything back to looking great. Highly recommended if you need a qualified, experienced painting company.
