Does this man think we have nothing better to do than wait in, in the hope he will turn up?
Very unprofessional, a poor communicator, and appears to have no gumption.
After a quote earlier last week, we arranged a date for him to come and do the work. By 10.30am he had still not arrived. (He had our contact details.)
When contacted, he said there had been an emergency and he had to work on another roof, and that prior to that he had driven past our address and when he didnt see a car outside, he assumed we werent in! Did he not have the common sense to knock, for example? Or telephone to say he would be late as this 'emergency' had cropped up? It just sounds like excuses to me, and I really would have thought that with the economy in such a mess, tradesmen would be fighting for work. read more
