The shop is filled with great accessories like: - bags - wallets - bracelets - necklaces - rings - earrings - stretchers and belly rings There is a range in both silver and gold (both fake) although you won't find equivalent pieces. The silver range is totally different to the gold range and the gold range is also a lot smaller. I found a great ring for $29.99 that was handmade and decorate with little sequins and diamontes. It was really cute but I had to leave it behind. Service here varies. Sometimes you are welcomed within moments and chaperoned around the store while others you are ignored - it is never the same.

As a result, it tends to be pretty popular and visiting on a weekend results in a few traffic jams in the teensy room that is the shop. They have earrings for just $5 a pair, and $7 for three pairs. They have necklaces, rings, headbands, bracelets and bangles.... the list goes on but you get the drift. It is cheap and there is a lot to choose from. My pet peeve about this place is that they have such beautiful pieces yet they break very easily. The earrings and rings are alright, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing necklaces from here. I have bought three from here in the past and all three broke within weeks. One broke ten minutes after I got it home - that's disappointing to say the least. While it looks pretty and high quality and they give you pretty bags to carry home your new treasures, the pieces really aren't well made and are unlikely to last. Not a big fan anymore.

That said, I've been pretty happy with my purchases here. The shirts that I've bought have been relatively long lasting, cheaper than many other places, and look as good as clothing can possibly look when it's on me. The service is alright. Pretty standard menswear retail, that is to say that the help is there if you need it, but you won't be annoyed by staff usually if you're just having a look. Not a bad place.

The shoes are beautifully presented in store and they feel even better on your feet. The staff here are not the best however. They will smile and greet you on the way in but then will mostly stand behind a little counter and follow you around the store with their eyes. When the store is busy this isn't that noticeable but when you go in by yourself it makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. When you do get them to assist you with sizes they tend to be quite pushy and like reminding you that sale stock will not come back and that it is likely your last chance to buy them. This gets annoying. The prices are very high and I only tend to buy shoes from here if I am 100% sure that I will wear them multiple times a week, at least. They do have some great designs so I am often tempted.

What…read moreI don't like about the Knox store are the way the staff almost pounce on you the moment you walk in the door. They ask personal questions about your weekend and your life and it is really annoying. No matter how uninterested you allow yourself to look and act, they persist. Leave me alone already!!! It is really frustrating. Even once one of them leaves you alone, another staff member will spy you and quickly rush over. It never ends. I tend to avoid this store now as I know I'll end up leaving in minutes without anything at all. The layout of the store is pretty simple and it is one of the things I love about Edge. Guys clothes are always on the left and girls on the right. They have a sale rack out the front almost all the time and the further you go into the store the pricier it tends to get. At Knox I never make is past the sales assistants to get anywhere past the middle of the store but it's a much better story at the Ringwood and Chadstone stores. I'd recommend visiting those ones over this one any day.
