On one occasion, our bull dog had an ear infection which was noted after we dropped him off for boarding and we were called by Dr. Logan. Treatment was started promptly. One of the techs took note of our dogs ear when taking him outside and called attention for further inspection. One of our dogs had severe anxiety when he went to the clinic and always became very aggressive due to his fear wIth any kind of exam. Dr. Logan was always patient and showed complete professionalism and control without ever exhibiting frustration or use of excessive force.

They left her there for 5 days and she died on the last night alone without her family. Not even a notice of her state in any of those days. We wanted to take her body but they acted like our baby was filth when we said that. They were disgusted. Second, the cat. Our cat was dying but they didn't want us to bring her in at all because they "didn't have the availability." Luckily, our baby died with us in the room. But she could have been looked at and have them see what's wrong with her. But they didn't care. We've been taking our current babies somewhere else. One of our dogs won't even flinch at this new place. She loves it and we do too.

The veterinarian and the technicians were super professional and have experience dealing with anxious and fear reactive dogs. Every time we're here, she gets so much love from the staff that she's started pulling me towards the door whenever we arrive here whereas at previous vets I'd have to carry her into the lobby. The prices are reasonable, and appointments are usually available the same day or the following day. I highly recommend.
