My friends love the property management team except one individual whom seems to think what the…read moreservice people say is end all say all. even if the companies are available on the weekends, they'll insist on work being done during the week under the assumption that just because he works from home that he can stop what he's doing at the drop of a hat. everything is supposed to be at least a 24 hour notice but has been half that and the owner herself will send random contractors to the houses without any notification. Just because the owner wants something done, does not mean they or the property management team can demand it, it's a suggested time and it MUST be agreed upon as forcing someone to lose wages or forcing them to compromise their job does not equal a good owner or a good management team. There is absolutely no justification for forcing someone to mess up their job attendance or make them lose money. I have suggested to him to start keeping a log of every time his lease is violated and make sure he has security cameras for evidence. I hate seeing my friends/family stressed out and being treated poorly. I also have to state, he in no. way shape or form asked me to write this. i can't stand when my friends are exhausted and feel like they're being walked all over. They'll never say anything those people, but I will.

I called them the next morning to let them know what had happened and their cold response was unbelievable. We signed the contract for a week and there was nothing they could do about it. The real kicker was when they put the property back up for rent and rented it for the last three days, that we`d already paid for. She knew it. Her brokerage has listed several of the townhomes. She also went behind my back and called another agent for a property I was looking at in another town. She will gossip about you behind your back so that other agents do not want to help you. She is as unethical as they come and then some. Stay far away from her.
