Made an appt to assess some skin issues I have been having and when I was seen was told I'd have to make separate appts for each of my issues needing checked and could only be seen for one thing at a time. Those things being a cancer screening, itchy skin, and some possible eczema/psoriasis. Unaware of that going in it resulted in me paying $300 for a 5 minute appt. Absolutely feel that there was zero concern for me as a patient and was a total rip off since the medical reasons I had made the appt for weren't even addressed. Took a lot of bravery to go in the first place and now don't think I'll ever go back again. Total disappointment. Do not go here if you have true medical concerns for skin issues.

Prior to my appointment with Hull, i had multiple appointments with mercy hospital's urgent care teama nd they misdiagnosed my eczema 3 times in a row. First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. Now whenever i start to flare up (it happens during the summers but last year was just super duper bad for some reason (like i said i think it was the stress..) i just put a little of the clobetasol on my hand and wear a glove overnight and bingo bongo its gonezo hehe. :D SO thank you doctor who I can't remember the name of off the top of my head because it's been a year since I've seen you uwu. Was there 4/17 for chest pain and was told I would have a test ordered. Never heard back and ended up at the hospital for the same chest pains. Called to follow up about it, as the hospital recommended, and instead got told they were still waiting on a prior authorization. Still? She then asked about a bill on the account, which I inquired about as there was a new charge on there just for being seen when I already paid my copay at the appointment, and she said must be my deductible and hung up when I didn't have it. I've also worked in medical billing and that's not quite how it works unless they somehow didn't check my deductible, which is doubtful after that. And a prior authorization does not take that long. Called my insurance and they said there was a note stating they were told no prior authorization was required on 9/8. They waited that long to try?! And still lied? Desk lady is always sweet in person but had no problem being condescending on the phone. Unfortunately will have to find a new PCP. He is very knowledgeable and would only recommend as a last resort.

I reported your nurse Kristi to the state, ambetter and getting a lawyer for malpractice. She told me my insurance claim was denied and I called insurance and she never filed it because she said "she thought it would get denied" by doing that she took my right to appeal away. I'm 2 points away from anemia and have been on oral supplements long term. Your office manager then proceeded to yell at me and tell me she's know this nurse for years and she will have to listen to call.. she defended her without listening to the call and then told me "We are private practice and we can do whatever we want!" In a valley girl tone. It's been reported to the state and I asked for an internal investigation for fraud. Stacy and Kristi may be the only questionable ones in said office but I'm not risking other people being treated the way I was. Stacy then proceeded to tell me that I didn't even need an infusion, so I asked AGAIN if the office manager and the nurse knew more than my doctor who prescribed it dod. She then told me she has the final say and she's not processing it for me. "You can try Mercy" with a smirk , which is 30-40 minutes away. I will be pushing this as far as I can to make sure no one ever gets treated this way by these people again. I recorded half the conversation because she was almost yelling when I mentioned it was fraud. I had Sclerotherapy injections for spider veins in my right leg in March. Its been almost 7 weeks,…read moreI have followed all post op directions and have not had any sun exposure. I was told I should see significant reductions in spider veins. What a big disappointment! Not only did literally none of the spider veins go away, but now I have significant needle point marks on each vein. Wow! what a freaking waste of my money and time. All that pain for nothing. I should have just taken all those hundreds of dollars and flushed them down the toilet. And what was their response?? They said I should come in for more treatments! Yeah, right..why would I go through that again for even worse results.
