Very big place for a tomb. Ataturk is father for Turkey. This place has his history and tomb for…read morethe respect of the people. It is about 4.5 stars. The place is big and needs 2 hours to complete. We just got one hour and we do the best we can. The guard changing should not be miss. Our tour guide point to us the best spot for viewing. It great to witness it. The long party has all the lion. Don't miss the museum and the great hall for the tomb.

We visited on a Saturday and it was packed with locals and tourists. The grounds are kept clean and the monument houses Ataturk's personal effects, as well as his final resting place. We watched the changing of the guards and strolled along the grounds. There is a small cafeteria for guests to purchase snacks and drinks. It is a place to show respect and has cultural significance to the Turkish people.
