We currently live out of country so it was very important for us to find the right fit for this situation. It can be very scary entrusting your home with people you don't know, but we feel very pleased with the tenants Matt helped us find and where we are at with our rental. From coaching us with prep before hitting the market, to managing the rental process, and even doing a mid-lease follow up to make sure everything was going well, we would totally recommend Matt and would definitely love to continue working with him! Also a big loving shout out to Brel themselves - Mel & Brendan - 2 incredible people!! Thank you for all the love, fun, & guidance over the years, we adore you both and wish you and your team nothing but the best!

We just sold our home through BREL and we could not have been happier!…read more We had some bad experiences in the past with agents when selling our previous homes, so we did a LOT of research to find the right agent to sell this one. After interviewing 4 agents, we went with Lisa Bednarski and BREL and we are so glad we did. Lisa's enthusiasm, positive attitude, and excitement at the challenge was a refreshing change. She was patient with us when we needed reassuring, and got us through all the steps to SOLD. In 3 days after listing! Kiel, the BREL stager did an amazing job making our home look like it was in a magazine! I recommend BREL for anyone buying, or selling. In this day and age, most real estate agents are like dinosaurs, but not BREL, they are showing the rest how it should be done in the digital age, and with all the marketing tools available, not just an MLS listing. Do your research and you will see why so many of BREL's clients are singing their praises... they are just that great. Thank you Lisa Bednarski, this Lisa is grateful we found you!

Alex drafted three written offers on my behalf and pushed back on any unreasonable demands by landlords. He even added extra protections for my interests in the lease. If you want an agent that will look out for your best interests like family would, look no further…read morethan Curtis Yim. My family and I have worked with Curtis through three transactions (2 downtown Toronto condos, one detached house in the beaches) and have had an amazing experience. This most noteworthy attributes: Provides objective market data along with personal opinion in terms of advice Will go above and beyond in getting you your perfect home ( e.g. late nights, early morning, standing outside a condo building to find out what "typical" maintenance fee's look like when the current tenant won't divulge the info...) Makes himself available whenever required Goes above and beyond in terms of getting you settled in (e.g. helping to build furniture) Makes sure that anyone who's helping you make the decision is always up to date (should you want them to be) on decision making details. Great for first time buyers, loved the fact that he never "spoke down" to me when I bought my first place (e.g. when I didn't understand what my actual pre-approval was...) Keeps an eye on the market for a home that fits your dream. He once emailed me at 11PM the SECOND a condo went on the market because he saw it would be my ideal place. Overall, Curtis Yim (Yim Team!) really makes you feel like you're his #1 client with all the research, advice, and favors he does out of the kindness in his heart. Moreover, his parents have been in the game for 29 years and as such, their expertise help guide Curtis which you might not get with other young real estate agents. TL;DR Curtis Yim and his family are great real estate agents and you should work with them should you have the need to buy/sell your home. Here's their website! http://www.yimteam.com/

Sylvia Morris is the most unprofessional and rude "Professional" I have ever come in contact with…read more I would not recommend her as a Real Estate agent because as a Client she will scare away potential renters/buyers and towards the renters/buyers she is rude and belittling. She attempted to threaten us saying we would be living next to her clients son basically saying he would be watching us and this is all before she would even show us the listing. She was unbelievable. Dont waste your time with this miserable lady. The owners on this listing unfortunately missed out on some amazing tenants!
