Almost a year a member and some thoughts on this one. Opened more or less 1.5 years ( honestly don't know / care) ago so their equipment is still on the new side, although you might start to see some wear, and there are plenty so no problems there. the personnel is polite and that's about it, not really helpful, minding their own business. can't say it's annoying as you get used to it...eventually. But there are some points that require a huge improvement. first of all hygiene is a big issue here, annoying odeurs in the showers area, toilets not working, urine soaked rags on the floor, dust in the corners and top of the lockers and I'm just scratching the surface here. On top of this the terrible up tempo, one day hit wonders music taste of the staff is even more intrusive ( at least I don't have to shower) . Even with your in-ear , noise cancelling headphones and music of your choice you're forced to put the volume almost to the maximum because the staff decided that listening to their music is what counts. Maybe check with your paying customers what they like? read more
