Our classes are divided by level and are small enough to provide attention to detail. We work to make the exercises fit the student rather than vice versa. Exercises are selected and taught with attention to students' personal needs, activities and life style. Our intention is to teach with correct postural application to be sure movement is done precisely and harmoniously. All classes are conducted in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

I really and truly wanted to go to classes as Rock is making you work hard, encourages you to push your limits but always in a nice atmosphere and always paying attention so you workout well and do not hurt yourself. Each class is a different combination of technique and exercises that you learn and then practice in workouts. Classes are only done in small groups which is so much better in my opinion. People coming quickly become regulars which shows how good the place is. After only a few weeks you will find yourself with a lot more strength, endurance, and even a better general posture in daily life (I thought so!). I was sad to leave the gym when I left Brussels!
