Dear Yelp, Last…read morefall we had our introductory meeting about all the maintenance on our property & agreed that we could start services in the spring 2025 but they might be available over the winter for odd jobs. After that meeting I asked for an email outlining the services & the cost on various projects. NOTHING, no communications back. We left many emails, text, voicemails & even enquired if everything was alright with them. Crickets, nothing back. Very concerning that even if they do not want to do our property for what ever reason(s) that Nick does not have the Professional Courtesy to get back after verbally agreeing to move forward. It seems to be a pattern of maintenance companies in the area that you have to chase them & chase them & they never get back.
