They used top-quality equipment and eco-friendly products. The results were amazing -- my carpet looks brand new again, and the sofa smells fresh and feels soft and clean. After my carpet dried I had to get on my hands and knees to work out stains they missed and new stains they left as a result of dirty drips of water from their dirty machine. I checked out the reviews before calling Kwick Dry unfortunately, they must be fake ones because my experience was so bad compared to the positive reviews that I can only conclude the reviews are made up. The lady told me she would call me if any spots open up. Within a couple of hours she phoned back and said someone just cancelled and we can fit you in. The Tech Dan was friendly and professional.
