After they tiled everything and I paid the tile invoice (which was around the number they quoted) they finished up the rest of the work and wanted to charge me $4,000 more because they forgot to include a bathroom (which was tile that they had already invoiced me for and I had already paid) When I dropped the check off upon them completing the work the lady said "ohhh we love money", well it is evident that you do.
