There are usually lots of dips and sandwich fillers, and also pre-packed sandwiches if you want to grab some lunch. There is a good range of meat and ready made meals, although I have found their fish section quite rubbish (they had no smoked salmon around Christmas!?). There are also lot of cupboard basics and a little freezer section. And there is also a good variety of alcohol.

The food section isn't that big, but is good enough for grabbing a nice dinner, or picking up a few basics. I mainly go here when they are doing their meal for two for £10, which is really reasonable, you get a main course (anything from Lasagne to Roast Chicken), a side dish (things like roasted veg or potatoes) a dessert (yummy chocolate puddings of lemon soufflé) and a bottle of wine. It really is a great treat and very reasonable.
