The first time was several years ago and before the first treatment they told me they could fix me for around $3,000. They also told me it would be more expensive if I wanted them to send my claims to my health insurance. Today I was hoping to get an adjustment , only to find out that they cannot give you an adjustment on the first visit. What? I've been seeing a chiropractor on a regular(monthly) basis for over 30 years. This is the only place that would not give me an adjustment on the first visit. I wasted about an hour and a half of my time today traveling to, waiting for the doctor and then traveling home. Furthermore, this so called medical professional that was suppose to treat me had fingernails that were over an inch long. I know for certain that this is not hygienic or sanitary by any means. My chiropractor retired last month and I am searching for a seasoned chiropractor in my area that is knowledgeable of chiropractic medicine as well as gentle and fluid with adjustments. Unfortunately there is no such thing in Iroquois, County, Illinois. I will have to travel the 40 minutes one way to my previous Drs. office and can only hope that the Dr. who purchased his chiropractic business is as good as he was.

It was approx the length of my forearm and as wide as my hand on my right abdomen and hip. It looked so bad I nearly canceled my appointment with Pure Health. BOY am I GLAD I didn't!! After my acupuncture treatment Chris very gently taped over the area with special blue tape in a fan pattern. I noticed immediately it felt like a gentle truss taking some pressure off the area and reducing my pain. By the next morning the bruise looked so much better. Chris had said the taping would help direct the blood away from the area toward the lymph system. By day 3 I could barely tell I had a bruise. I found out about body balance and the staff there has help me back to health! I could hardly walk. The farthest I could take the dogs for their walk was 1/2 block. Had to use a cane to walk.
