I chose a local company because I expected to get better service than a bigger company however I…read morewas sorely disappointed. after me bugging and bugging and a whole summer went by, finally our pad was pored by someone that Matt subcontracted it to. That company did a great job however they left a mound of gravel in the driveway which was supposed to be removed. Finally after me pestering again, Matt came by and removed it one evening and he appeared to be in a rush. I went out after he left to take a closer look and he had gouged the edge of the pad in a few spots raking one big chunk out. I sent him an email and his response was, yes I saw that and I'm really miffed...he didn't use that word..at myself. I said, I want it fixed. I shouldn't have had to ask him to fix it nor should the damage have even been done but anyway he came back again in a big rush it seemed, and tried patching it. well the patch looked like crap as it was not the same cement. I contacted him yet again, he came by and looked at it and admitted he hadn't done it correctly and that he would come back and fix it. That was months ago and still nothing. I've sent off another email. I know this wasn't a huge job but still with tax it was over 11,000 and I'm so disappointed. the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the team that poured it were great.
