I am an Abrasive supplier to most of the welding and fabrication shops in the SC area so I get see a lot of the work being done during the fabrication process and the final finish. Without a doubt I would call Archie Owens not just a welder but a true craftsman of the trade. Archie is old school and does things by hand that he learned from his father and grandfather both former owners of the business that Archie has grown up working in. When I see some of the true iron gates and railing that Archie builds by hand I am just amazed by the design and the final finish. These gates and rails are built to last forever and you will know that once you see them in person. I would always recommend talking to Archie or Tucker his promising and upcoming Apprentice about any of your welding needs from wheel rim repair to the most complicated fence designs needed. If it can be repaired by welding then Archie can make it happen. read more
