Mike Y went above and beyond with the clean out of the home and property. He worked closely with my realtor by meeting her at the property when I was unable to, due to work restraints. It would have taken me a month or more to get it all removed properly and they did it in less than 2 days. Mike Y was and is very impressive, Very professional. Very reliable and the price quote was three times less than what I expected. I had talked with 2 other companies regarding the clean out but Palmetto Commercial Services was definitely a cut above the rest.
