I won't disrupt the nearly universal posting of bad reviews on Jeff Faso and Precision Paving. As…read moreothers have stated or insinuated, he is a crook at worst, a charlatan at best. He did our driveway and the sealer washed off with the next rainfall. This left a huge slick of black mess where it ran off on to the the lawn where our two dogs then tracked it in the house! What a mess. IF I had the time and inclination I'd take him to small claims court but not worth my time. I would never use again and my advise to you is run away from Jeff Faso as soon at you can!

Two weeks later I called again and was told 'this week, and we'll call you the night before'. 3 days later I called, because they had done multiple driveways one block over. 'We stopped there and nobody was home' was the answer, which is not true since it's a pandemic and I can't leave the house not to mention the camera in the front window had no activity, and my dog did not bark. One last chance, and you guessed it: nobody showed up, calls go straight to voicemail, no response from my voicemails. What a waste of time. You can check with others about quality because I never got that far. I also don't appreciate being lied to about 'stopping by to do the job' and placing the onus on me. Look elsewhere for a reliable blacktop seal, Precision Paving get your $h!t together.

Outstanding Work and Professionalism from Start to Finish!…read more We recently hired Total Landscaping and Contracting to completely rebuild our failing asphalt driveway. The original driveway had been installed by another contractor with an extremely inadequate base, and it had deteriorated badly over time. From the very first meeting, Lyle impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and transparent approach. His quote clearly outlined every step of the job, including: * Removal of all asphalt and excavation to a depth of 16 inches * Placement of 12 inches of ¾" traffic bond stone, compacted and leveled every 4 inches * Application of stone dust for the final grade * Installation of Bestway Travista 80 Smooth pavers in Glacier Creek, with a Shale Grey border, aluminum edging, and 10" spikes * Polymeric sand used to fill and seal all joints * A new landing area with a Bestway Park wall and a beautiful 6-foot granite grey step * Careful grading to match the side yard walkway * Installation of a 4" PVC drain pipe to route downspout water away from the driveway, foundation, and yard Every detail was handled flawlessly. The workmanship was excellent -- no corrections or touch-ups were needed after our inspection. The entire crew was polite, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the process. They even went the extra mile to replant our flower beds and top them off beautifully, leaving the site cleaner than when they started. To top it off, Lyle's quote was the most competitive and transparent of all the estimates we received. There were no surprises, and the quality far exceeded our expectations. Since completion, several neighbors and passersby have stopped to compliment the driveway and landscaping -- it truly stands out for its clean lines and professional finish. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend Total Landscaping and Contracting to anyone looking for top-quality work at a fair price. Our neighbor was having some major (12 plus trees) tree removal work done in his yard. We decided…read moreto get some work done ourselves and asked for an estimate on our job. After speaking with Nicholas (the owner), he gave us a quick and reasonable price. He he explained our options and even told us a tree that we thought needed to come down would probably bounce back after other dead trees around it were removed. He could have easily made some extra money by taking it down but was more concerned with saving a tree. We really appreciated that. The work took a day and a half to finish though they were also working next door so may have actually taken less time. This included removal of 1 tree, major trimming of 2 trees, both that were hanging on our roof, and the removal of a large pile (a real mess) of old wood piled in our yard. They completed the job beyond of satisfaction! The yard was left cleaner than when they started and even trimmed a couple extra branches on other trees without us asking. The entire crew was hard working, very conscious, neat, polite, and friendly. I would highly, with no hesitation, recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Before and after pictures to follow. 2023-66

The first project involved drainage issues along the side of our home. Justin installed a French drain system and identified several additional concerns that we weren't even aware of as new homeowners. He took the time to explain everything, helped us locate underground utilities and drainage lines, and even stopped by on multiple occasions to answer questions and check on things. The second project was an emergency sewer backup in our basement. Justin responded quickly, brought in a camera to diagnose the issue, and discovered that previous landscaping work had damaged a sewer vent and cleanout line, allowing dirt and debris into the sewer system. Rather than recommending unnecessary work, he carefully worked through the problem to identify the exact cause and fix it correctly. What sets Justin apart is his honesty, responsiveness, and attention to detail. He genuinely cares about doing the job right and helping his customers understand what's happening every step of the way. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly for both projects and consistently went above and beyond.
