I had told the man with whom I'd spoken on the phone that I had some allergies to certain preservatives in skin care products. He did not ask me for the list or let me know he would have to speak to the NP. I arrive there from Philly so not close and I let the same man know. He says he has to give the list to the NP and it would take them too long to review it so I could not have the treatment. Could they have been any more disrespectful of my time!!???? Clearly more interested in sales than in actual humans.

I was under the impression it's minority-owned business. it's in a wonderful location in the new King of Prussia Little Main Street area. I forget what that's called. But after we left there, we just walked over to one of the plethora of restaurants and grabbed a couple of drinks and light dinner and it was a great time for me to connect with my friend that I hadn't seen in a while. So support support support! I love spa treatments, I don't go as often as I'd like, because... It's expensive! This is a beautiful environment, very clean, and again my massage was top notch. I really was not expecting that level of talent considering it's a low priced massage. I had 90 minutes for $89 (or something like that.) This was as good if not better than some massages I've had at resorts, on cruise ships, etc. where that massage would've been $225, easy. This is why I purchased a membership on the way out. Her nails were way too long and she couldn't do a hard enough pressure for me because she had surgery recently which is totally understandable; but that should have been communicated with me when I called to schedule the appointment. I explicitly requested strong pressure when I scheduled. Disappointed that the massage therapist stated she couldn't provide all the services like deep tissue but that was stated after the massage. She welcomes me with a water bottle, my favorite candy, and a product sample at every appointment, which is such a fun treat and greatly appreciated. She is set up in the Sola Salon space. Parking is plenty and you just have to walk down the hall to get to her room. Her room is very relaxing and insulated, you would never imagine you're in a shared space with people walking around right outside the hallway. The facial itself is fantastic.
