They NEVER explained that regardless of what time you get your equipment (we got ours past 8 pm) that you will get charged for a full day. We got our blanket at 8pm on a Wednesday and were done with it on 5am that Friday and got charged for 3 full days. They explained when we ordered the blanket that we would be charged for the amount of time used NOT that we would be charged for 3 full days when we only had at most 2 days. Also, don't even try calling and speaking to anyone about it. All we have gotten is a bunch of people who refuse to try to help you. They just state that's what their policies and there's no apology or anything. They also said they weren't contracted with my insurance. I'm finding out 2 and 1/2 months later that they actually ARE contracted with my insurance. It has been an absolute nightmare doing business with this company. I once got to speak to a supervisor and they were just as unhelpful as their employees. As if that wasn't bad enough then they have the audacity to send us a BILL after we paid for 3 days up front as self-pay (you have to pre-pay before you get the blanket).

I finally got someone on the phone 5 days ago, and the representative, Hugo, told me that he needed to see if they had a therapist available to do my son's physical therapy. I called the number that Hugo gave me yesterday and left a voicemail after hearing nothing. No return call. I called the number that Hugo gave me again today and got no answer again. Thinking that I may have the wrong number, I went through the home health phone tree again. The person on the phone told me that Hugo as at lunch and everyone else in the PT department was really busy, so I couldn't speak with anyone. After this long, drawn out ordeal, I insisted that I speak with someone who finally told me that they found out 5 days ago that they did not have anyone to do my son's physical therapy. Did they call to let me know that no one could do the physical therapy 5 days ago? Nope. What an unprofessional, disorganized organization. I am dismayed that they are this lackadaisical about getting children the help they need, but I have noticed that the other online reviews are not very favorable either. What a shame! Our Cook Children's pediatrician is great.
