We had a really disappointing experience here after years of being loyal customers…read more My mom recently purchased hay, and an employee loaded it into her truck. During the process, her 5-month-old brand new truck was scratched. She reported it right away and was told to come back and speak with the owner and get a repair quote, which she did. After that, things went downhill. The owner initially claimed the employee never got into the truck--which doesn't even make sense when loading hay. The employee later admitted that he did get into the truck to load it, yet the owner still refused to take responsibility for the damage. On top of that, we were told there are no cameras in the hay loading area, which is concerning given that employees are actively loading customer vehicles there. This should have been a simple situation--damage caused during a service provided by the store--but instead it's been handled with denial and zero accountability. My mom has been a loyal customer for years with no prior issues, which makes this even more frustrating. We expected much better. Until this is made right, I would be cautious about having anything loaded into your vehicle here.

They didn't have the exact 6-32 x 7/16", but they did have 6-32 x 1/2". The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to check the thread pitch to make sure they'd work. Best of all, four screws cost me just $0.56 instead of nearly $20--and I didn't end up with another 40 or 90 extras I'd now have to find uses for. Their credit card system was down, so it was cash only. They also close at 2 PM on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.
