Dan (the owner) is a fantastic and thorough cleaner. He listened to us and our needs and came up with a cleaning plan for the house. A big bonus that was, unlike other cleaners, he was DBS/CRB cleared and insured so we were more than happy to let him key-hold for us. He even offered us a discounted rate as we all study at BIMM, was expecting to pay way more for such a great service! We only kept with the company as my partner was heavily pregnant and we didnt need the hassle of changing. Every week we were ignored. Since making a complaint to them yetsrday we have been sent a number of rude and aggressive texts, claiming everyone else is happy with their work etc. If you want to have cleaners that don't do as asked, this is the company for you. And now becasue we have complained we are being threatened that he will be going to the police!! strange man.
