Every aspect of our pool remodel was done incorrectly. The coping was installed sticking up 4 inches in spots . They grouted the tile before the thinset on the tile was dry and the grout cracked. They installed the skimmer incorrectly and it is crushed on both sides . To fix this they cut the door with a grinder and it looks like it's going to crack. They didnt prepare the pool surface or clean it properly before the plaster. There are waves in the plaster and they over did the acid wash at the end. They pitted the surface of the pool with the acid and the pool takes the skin off the kids toes. It's like walking on 80 grit sand paper. They didnt cover the drain when they demolished the pool and washed all the debris into the drain pipe. When we turned on the pump the lines were clogged and the brand new pump was damaged by the debris. They broke the screw off for the light and installed a rigged screw with a washer on the back. The light fell off and was laying in the bottom of the pool. They took a grinder the the sides of the pool and made it worse trying to fix it. The response to every concern we had was ignored and the entire pool needs to be demolished and redone. The pool is now leaking 4 inches of water per day. These people aren't coming back and will not repair anything correctly. I hope this review saves someone else from making the mistake of hiring this company.
