I had a very unpleasant experience working with Todd Wise on my case…read more Throughout my case, he repeatedly advised me that it was in my best interest to allow my former husband to fall behind on his court-ordered payments for over a year and to wait to address the issue during settlement. As mediation approached, he continued telling me to wait longer, avoid applying pressure, and postpone making decisions. However, once the deadline arrived and the judge was about to make a decision, he suddenly scheduled mediation and completely changed his position. At that point, he told me there was no more time and pressured me to accept a settlement in which I would receive only about one-third of what my former husband owed me. He also encouraged me to agree to terms that, given the circumstances of my divorce, would have been extremely harmful to my children and failed to protect their best interests. I refused to accept that advice and hired a different legal team. They negotiated a settlement that was far more favorable, ensured that my children's interests were protected, and achieved an outcome that was significantly better than what Todd had urged me to accept. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his representation.

Jordan Gerber is a complete angel on Earth. She was willing to take on my complex case, which had…read morealready been set for trial, when most attorneys wouldn't touch it. My case was not only complex by legal standards, but I had also unfortunately been representing myself and had undoubtably made things worse (although Jordan was too gracious to tell me so.) Nevertheless, Jordan jumped right in and was truly so compassionate and very knowledgeable about the outstanding issues in my case. Within weeks of taking me on as a client, she managed to make great strides in removing a major obstacle that was a thorn in my side for the many years of my legal battles. She fought hard for me every step of the way, she was thorough and fierce in her representation, and she put a lot on the line because she believed in my rights to due process. That means a lot to someone when their chips are down. I felt empowered by having Jordan in my corner, she is an absolute Rockstar in my book. If you are looking for a family law attorney that will take their time to learn about you, your family, and your case, and will fight like hell for you; look no further, hire Jordan immediately.

After briefly describing my particular needs to each, two seemed impersonal and disconnected during our conversations. It came down to the two remaining firms. After further interaction with both, the choice was clear, KS Law was the firm for me, meeting or exceeding my expectations and requirements.   From my initial contact through the completion of my case, KS never disappointed. Tina El-Fadel was professional as well as personable.  She presented realistic options and expectations, addressed my concerns and clearly communicated throughout.  The staff works together as a team and all seemed familiar with my case.  Communication from Tina and her team was timely, specific, precise and respectful throughout. I'm pleased with the entire experience with KS as well as the favorable outcome.  Thank you, Tina and team.

Unlike most attorneys who let their assistant/ paralegals handle most of the communication I spoke directly to Mrs Milne every time. She was always available. She understood my children were the priority. Mrs Milne is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the divorce process. As much as I dreaded the experience going in she made it go as smooth as possible. I have to add I was beyond weary on cost. Her prices are straightforward. No hidden costs. Not per call/ email etc. I have talked with other people in the divorce proceedings who have paid 2-3xs more then I did for less services. I highly recommended Jennifer Milne. Having such devastating experiences with greedy attorneys, I had almost given up on them ALL before…read moreI found Jennifer Millne-- I am so glad I did. ALL of my past experiences with family many attorneys ended up costing me my kids college funds and I have nothing to show for it. I've also interview nearly a dozen attorneys (for a new case) and noticed that they don't really care about your problems, only their pockets. In fact, some of the these so-called "great attorneys" are sometimes charging hundreds of dollars for a consultation and any communication with them. Even these attorneys that are calling themselves "Christian" attorney are charging for their initial consultation. Another problem I found was they giving me y false promises w/o real knowledge of variables and circumstances. I am a realistic person and I know that no attorney can promise you a "win", but it would truly help to have an attorney like Jennifer Milne on your side. After my initial consultation with her, she explained to me the facts, and has kept me updated of ANY changes. She gave me her cell phone number and email address; and I don't have to wait 4 to 7 day for a response. She is smart, caring and so up-to-date with the current laws that it would surprise ANY judge. The amount of attention I have received from Jennifer is priceless, even costly law lawyers and/or firms can't compete with her availability to her clients and her caring disposition. This review really comes from the heart, for she is helping me in a time where EVERYBODY ELSE has turned their backs on me.
