I have been in the store a total of 4 times. the first 2 times was a…read moreyoung lady who was very pleasant. the last 2 times has been the most unpleasant man- never acknowledges me. this last time I pulled up at 8:25pm and he was standing outside with keys in his hands and i said "oh I'm sorry, are you closed?" he shook his head Yes and when I turned to leave he motioned me into the store. I immediately grabbed what I wanted and went to the counter. I asked him what time they closed for future reference, he said 9:30! he made me feel like I inconvenienced him just because he wanted to close an hour early . I will never go here again. he is completely rude and has no customer service. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to go elsewhere .

My first initial interaction was with aliciana and pharmacist Lorrick. They were both VERY kind and accommodating. Lorrick with MORE than helpful as my son's RX insurance numbers weren't working and being rejected. He worked his magic and boom, got it to work. Then when he councled my teenage son, he leaned in and explained the medicine directly to him ( as he is a young man) and I was obviously right there hearing all advice. Anyways, Lorrick you deserve an atta boy! Thanks for making my experience so nice.

If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! So it begs the question: WTF is taking so long to get your prescription! My wife and I are over this and are thinking we wouldn't mind paying a little more for prescriptions if they take this long.
