Hands down the best place to go, even if you live in the Indy area. Yes, this may mean you have to drive a little further to get your Tshirts, but it is totally worth it. I have been getting my dance team shirts printed there for nine years and they rock! If something is wrong, they will fix it. No questions asked! It's hard to find customer service like that these days! Mike is great to work with and they never miss a deadline. Just let them know when you need the shirts and they will get it done! The customer service was horrendous. First, when I picked up my order of 20 white t shirts, they handed it to me in a brown paper bag from some random store. Every time I have ordered from this company my clothes have come in sturdy boxes. Every other order in the studio that I could see was in a box. After getting home and finally being able to sort out my items, I noticed that the brown bag was wet in the corner which unfortunately stained half of the shirts in the same place, as the dye went through the fronts and backs. I immediately called Outfitter and asked if they could redo some of the order as I needed everything in the morning.. They could not, but kindly offered to use their liquid solution to take out the stain. I brought everything back in and to my surprise, was immediately accused of spilling coffee on the shirts. The stains were not coffee, I smelled them, my friend with me smelled them and the front desk staff did as well. The woman at the desk insisted this was my fault and would not let me offer my perspective on the issue. I explained to her that the bag was wet and that coffee stains do not seep through or stay in one spot on every shirt, a coffee stain expands and changes shape. The woman took one shirt to the back and had them try their solution but it did not work. She was extremely rude and insisted upon accusing me without once offering an apology or anything to make up for the items. In fact, I ended up spending an hour of my time scrubbing the stains at home with remover- everything came out just fine which is how I know the stains were not coffee nor did Outfitter truly attempt to fix the problem. The woman at this front desk was extremely rude, accusatory and one-sided. I did not need reimbursement nor did I ask, I simply needed my white t shirts white and untouched for the next day.. why on earth would I have purposely spilled something on them and if I had, why would I lie about it, they were paid for! I do not appreciate being a paying customer and a company not extending reasonable or helpful solutions. I understand the problem was not fixable for them at the moment, but the least they could have done was offer a more open-minded, understanding person to handle the situation. read more
