This is my first Yelp review and wanted to make a point of thanking the staff at this shop, which I've often passed by, but haven't had the opportunity to visit. Finally a new tent, with a tricky rip on it offered me the opportunity to pay them a visit, as I was looking for materials to repair it. The manager and staff had a good look at it and in the end, rather than selling me a tube of glue and sending me on my way, they found some material to patch it and repaired it themselves. I stopped by the shop to pick it up and couldn't believe what a great job they'd done. As the rip went across a seam with a fair amount of tension on it, I was bracing myself for bad news, but due to their fantastic repair I'm looking forward to getting a lot more use from this!
