You cannot communicate with them. Three weeks ago he hit the Satellite pole with the mower and my TV went out. I tried to ask him about hitting it and he grabbed it and moved it around. It had been three weeks and not a call or anything. So I called the number i had this AM and Alfa Orellana said she would ask if the crew would be out today. Then I get an email from her through Home Advisor: Good Morning, Sir you are no longer on our schedule. Excellence Lawn Care has two groups now and the manager in charge of your property is Mr. Enso. His number is (210) 815-9267. He can help you. He was supposed to have notified you of the change. If you are still having issues let me know. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. Alfa Orellana (210)763-9392 Called Mr Enso, no answer and a recorded message statement is a foreign language. He never called back! These people have no communication with their clients, it is unprofessional and just bad manners. It is always cash and never a paper bill! One has to wonder about Taxes? I have already replaced them with a real to life Professional who speaks english and is a citizen!

From the beginning I complained about the leveling of the yard. Their response was "it'll level out on it's own." 4 years later we're still waiting. The grass itself has also been a disaster. It has permanent dead areas and looks horrible beginning mid July. Nothing we do helps. At this point we will most likely have to replace the entire yard. A couple of the trees they planted are not thriving and barely bloom - one doesn't bloom at all. Stay away from GG Landscaping!!!
