The new liner was promptly manufactured and arrived for installation much sooner than originally projected. The installation crew was very professional, obviously experienced, efficient, and quite capable in their removal of the old worn-out liner, cleaning and preparing the site and installing the new liner. After the 2 additional days needed to refill the pool, the minor finishing details were attended to and the job was completed without damage to the new liner, pool, pool deck, furniture or surrounding landscaping. Decided to find one on online for a spare, they are available for $6.73 plus tax and shipping. Bob's said they would give me my money back if I returned the part. Unfortunately I had already installed it and it was was running my pool pump.I asked why they charged so much and I was told they pay their supplier $46 for them. I was dumb enough to get ripped of by them but I'm not dumb enough to believe they are so inept that they pay over 6 times what an item sells for. Don't do business with these people, either they are stupid or they think we are.
