Patio is fine but the edge was horrible and cement clearly leaked out from the frame. When I addressed the issue they said "Aggressive Concrete does not manage landscaping prior to or after projects. Please call a landscaper as they will be able to add sod to the border of the concrete and build it up if necessary." Which it clearly was not a landscaping issue, it was mounds of cement leaking into my grass. They refused to address this safety issue. They gave us a completion date of June 6th, 2020, and yet here we are in mid-July of 2021 and our project is not close to completion.  Totally unacceptable.  By October 23, 2020, they finally completed SOME of the work, but since then it's been silence, avoidance, and lies.  We understand COVID does account for delays but in this same period of time many of our neighbors successfully commenced and completed projects far larger than ours. Since Oct 23rd, 2020, absolutely nothing has been done. We've been given many excuses as to why the final stages of the project have not been completed, but we do not believe the excuses anymore.  The major final piece to our project is the installation of the windows we ordered in February 2020. Fast forward to June 28th, 2021, we received an email that the windows they ordered were not correct and they wanted us to pay an ADDITIONAL $6800 for them to be installed. Truly unbelievable and bordering on fraudulent. Since we refused, they claimed they'd have to re-order new windows with another 12 weeks of waiting.  They are not accountable and show zero care for their customers. We understand the COVID issue, but this company failed to plan and execute the contract. We would not recommend their company for any service. If we could they would receive a NO star rating period.

The women that answered the phone told us she had no idea when that would be possible. We told her that we are traveling from out of state and that if she could give us a ballpark estimate of their availability then we would make sure we could be there. She told us it could be anytime between now and the end of the year. Call Coastal Glass or Brady Glass. They appreciate your business and are not rude. Imagine that!
