Because we were early, not all of the self-serve bar/salad bar items were out yet, but they were populating it as we were there so it wasn't an issue. They were very accommodating with bringing out meat just for us even though we were the only ones in this restaurant at the moment. By the time we left, a few couples had come in and been sat, but even at 7PM it was still not busy. All in all though, it was an excellent experience with excellent food and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again if I was in Guarulhos again. (It was my first time having duck hearts too! Servers also brought various delicious breads and sausages to table. Then the feijoada buffet. It's a traditional bean and rice dish, where you add various meat in sauce toppings. Too many different choices of meats, but I tried them all, except the pig ear. The owner stood by and made sure to offer assistance if needed. A true host. You can tell he is proud of his establishment and maintains very high standards. Even the chef (owner's son) came out to make sure diners were having a great dining experience. World class service begins the moment you walk in as someone opens the door for you. The service gets even better from there. Food is brought immediately as many servers offer different cuts of meat. Every cut of steak, chicken, and sausage just oozes flavor. Besides the main meats, the sushi and pasta bars produce amazing flavors, but I come for the meat, so I eat very little pasta and almost no sushi.
