My family spent all weekend tiding up so that the maid would have less work to do. I had asked for a basic 4 hour cleaning session. I wanted the kitchen, the floors, and bathrooms. The first maid came and stayed about 40 minutes before saying she had a family emergency and had to go. Her supervisor txted and scheduled for someone else to come in the evening. They arrived washed some dishes and then bailed, telling my oldest daughter "I will be right back i'm just putting away my things"... she never came back... then i receive a txt saying they're canceling my cleaning and i will receive a "refund" (still haven't received it). Saying that my home would need more cleaning? Both maids never left the kitchen never to even remotely asses if i needed more hours (which i offered to pay for) ... All in all i got absolutely zip from this company and am EXTREMELY disappointed. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The cleaners/maids are not committed to the job and would rather be doing whatever else than what they are paid to do.

Thank you Rent Me Today for accommodating my schedule and sending two wonderful ladies. Today I had…read moremy first house cleaning at my new home. My house is extremely tidy but I just need a deep clean of those items such as Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Floors, Showers, Dusting, moping all tile, vacuum all carpet. and was told to put together a priority list so I did. As mentioned I keep my home extremely clean so it didn't worry me that the price had a min of 4 hours. I though that's great, because the ladies could focus on those items that need deep cleaning which is more than enough time. The two ladies (Sheila and Erika) showed up on time with great attitudes. I walked them over those items I'd like to be done and let me go about there work. Within 2 hours they were done and had me sign to complete. However I was not satisfied as they only cleaned the outside of the oven and microwave. They didn't vacuum the stairs and the Master Bedroom toilet had blue liquid in the bowl. My tile floors were mopped but not vacuumed or swept. Again, thank you for showing up on time and sending to wonderful ladies. However, perhaps my expectations are too high so I hope to find a service that can help me with a cleaning worth the time and money.

Gone are the days of searching for an item (so much time) and gone are the days buying duplicates (so much money). I cant thank them enough. I feel like they helped me re-claim my space. They are also so affordable for the amount of work they do. I will definitely have them back.

It was truly a major downsize from our home of 10 years, to a new space and neighborhood that we intend to make permanent eventually. We brought only what we absolutely needed in to our small space but it was still a challenge and overwhelming to create a new living space that was organized with less cabinets and rooms! When I say challenging I'm talking about tears and feeling like we made a mistake about moving in to a smaller space even though temporary! Well Diane sure came to the rescue, first with a virtual consultation and an appointment to get started. What impressed me most is that Diane got started right away while I was on work calls because I work from home. She made her way through all our kitchen items and quickly sorted and put all the items in the cabinets that was organized and that made complete sense in how we would use the kitchen area! She did return to help with our tiny bathroom organization and cleaning supplies closet which helped tremendously! Diana also gave additional ideas for some storage solutions for things we do not use everyday which we executed not to long after her initial visits. My only regret is not calling Diane sooner for help! I definitely plan to use her services again when we move for packing and unpacking and organizing our new home! Thank you so much, Diane!

I have been following @operationorganization on Instagram for a while and find their tips so helpful. I would always find myself having kitchen or closet envy looking at their posts, so when we moved to a new house, I knew I wanted to have them come in to start us off fresh. I had an 8-hour session with Stephanie and she was amazing!! She arrived exactly on time and worked SO hard - she wouldn't even take a break! The original plan was for her to help organize our master bedroom and closet, but she realized that I was struggling with finding places for my kids' toys and belongings, so she switched tasks. I appreciated her ability to be flexible with the plan and she was so supportive in encouraging me to purge what wasn't used, finding a place for keepsakes that I didn't want to purge, and creating space where I didn't know there was any! In 8 hours, Stephanie organized two dressers, a desk, a kitchen junk drawer, a bunch of kids' toys within a cabinet and around the house, and half of a large master closet. I love how she was able to use and re-purpose bins and items that I already had. She gave me lots of suggestions for how to tackle other projects around the house, and showed me how to fold clothes and towels to maximize space. I definitely want to have her back to help me finish the master closet! Thank you, Operation Organization!

I have lots to say for this review!…read more We had an ice maker leak in February that caused some damage to our kitchen and adjoining rooms. We originally decided to go with the network that worked with the company that helped us with the leak. It was going well and we got what we needed from insurance but for the rebuilding side of the project we didn't feel like we were much of a priority so towards the end of September, we reached out to Monica because two of our neighbors used her and were super happy. Monica came out right away and during our first meeting, I just knew that I wanted to work with her due to her creativity and professionalism. Once we pulled the trigger and hired Monica (we had to get out of our contract with the first company so that took some time), she started right away. We went and picked out all of the pieces for the remodel together. She listened to our thoughts and incorporated them into her designs for us. We had our entire downstairs redone. All new floors, new paint on all of the visible walls downstairs (went upstairs too), new baseboards, new sink and fixtures, we extended our counter to allow for open seating, refaced kitchen cabinets with new features that I wanted to add. We redid our guest bathroom as well. Refaced cabinets, lights, mirrors new paint and fixtures. Our family room got a fireplace make over too. I also have new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout our downstairs that her electrician installed for us. He also replaced and added sockets for us in the kitchen. I'm sure there is more that we did, but I'm drawing a blank. I'll add! But long story longer, it's November 17th and just a couple more little tweaks and we will be done and this only because we keep adding stuff to do because we love how things are coming along! Anyway, I guess all of this is to say that you WANT to hire Monica, whether you think you do right now or not! Her crew will be able to take care of all of your redesigning needs with professionalism and care! Thank you, Monica! We'll be in touch for the upstairs! Angela & Brian Marler Castaic, CA
