Some of the reviews here are negative- but that just goes so show some people don't understand how simple things work (aka reading the singular sentence on the back of the gift card). They also do an amazing job of putting on 80+ free public events annually including River City Roots Fest, The Christmas Stoll, and all of the Downtown Tonite/Out to Lunch series. The staff is always so friendly and I can't say enough good things about this place! Truly the heart and soul of Downtown Missoula.

They do…read moreNOT work as described in my experience. -they expire -fees are charged after first use--isn't that against MT law? -if the store enters more money than is on the card (i.e. because you didn't know a fee had been charged), the card is DECLINED -when you go into the office, their response, "You should go buy a coffee and that extends the expiration date for a year." NO HELP for the expensive meal I had to pay for because the saved cards would not work. Love local, but the gift cards a SCAM! Please support local businesses, but these cards cause nothing but frustration, for local businesses and individuals trying to use them.
