My 2 year old daughter was brought in with difficulty breathing. They took her pulse ox and it was 89. they refused to give her oxygen without an order and told us to go to ER. To turn a 2 year old away and not give oxygen...somethung so basic.....not even call an ambulance. This was NEGLIGENT at best. I have used our med for years, I love Dr McLemore and the staff are all very professional & helpful. I went in because I hurt my neck- I have pain in my neck and numbness in my fingers and palm. the nurse practitioner said, what would you like me to do to help you? he didn't check my neuro status, he didn't check an X-ray- he didn't palpate, or manipulate my neck in any way. He didn't check reflexes, he looked at me like a drug seeker. The words pain medication never passed my lips! I asked for assistance, whatever you can do-any suggestions.. my palm & fingers are numb! I don't think they are supposed to be. he gave me a steroid shot-which " hopefully " seems to be helping. I'm just disappointed In the level of care I didn't get! Everything goes well when I go there! Both doctors are great, but I think my favorite is Dr McLemore, coz he saved my life one time.

Dr Mueller and Dr Maclemore are the best. They don't waste any time and get you in and out. It's best to go early or late to avoid the wait.

Dr. Muller was one of the most unprofessional and insensitive doctors I have ever experienced seeing. I will say, the nurse I saw prior to the doctor entering the room was exceptional. She showed me kindness, and even shared her own personal experiences dealing with what I was going through, which made it that more shocking when Dr. Muller entered the room with his attitude. I broke my foot 4 days prior and came to Montgomery to stay with my parents while my husband has to travel for work. While at my parents, I started suffering from menstrual cramps so severe I was physically sick from the pain. My parents suggested I go to Our MED to see if the doctors could do anything to help with the pain, until I could get an appointment with an OBGYN in my city. Dr. Muller came into the room dismissive and rude. I described what I thought was going on with MY BODY. From the beginning, I stated I would be scheduling an appointment with an OBGYN to figure out what going on and investigate my fear I have Endometriosis. This elderly male doctor then explained to me that my period would happen monthly. As a 28 year old woman, this was such shocking news. Dr. Muller insisted I begin taking birth control as my only option. I had to tell him 4 times throughout this appointment that I did not want to start birth control. He mentioned the only other thing they can do is open me up and burn it out of me. I'm not an OBGYN but I'm fairly certain that is not the medical procedure they do. Dr. Muller then asked me, "well what would you like me to do, put a band aid on it?" I began gathering my belongings to literally crutch my way out of this douchebag's presence. Might I add, not once did the "doctor" even acknowledge that I was in an orthopedic boot or on crutches, but then again his general demeanor was apathetic, rude and dismissive. Dr. Muller then asked me where I was going and I said, "well since you just suggested putting a band aid on my cramps, I figure there is no point being here." He asked me not to leave and for the first time since he walked in the room actually responded by feeling around my abdomen. But then he went back to telling me birth control was my answer. I or any other woman should not have to defend myself on why I do not want to ingest hormones on a daily basis to a man that has not and will not ever experience what that is like. It should be safe to assume that a medical doctor would actually pretend to act like one. I or any other woman should not have to repeat "ME AND MY HUSBAND would like to have children in the next few years, I AM NOT going to put that in my body." Honestly I'm not one to leave reviews often but on rare occasions I feel that it's my duty to society to let people know where to avoid. There's a certain standard I expect with a doc in the box and I know and accept that. Long wait times, staff that seems indifferent occasionally, quick visits, and no frills. I've been here multiple times and most have been mediocre but today was my last visit. I'll say the doctor and nurses were great but the admin staff is where this place falls to pieces. Angela in particular had such a robotic tone on the phone as if "no matter what you say this is all you will get out of me." I was given a written prescription but as I would be unable to fill the prescription because I would be traveling out of town for the day I asked if they would mind emailing it over to to my local pharmacy. I was told "I'm sorry we won't be able to do that, we are just too busy" to which I responded "I understand but if there's anyway possible I just need some help, all I need you to do is send one email to help me out because I have no other options and I won't be able to get my medication until Monday if that's the case." With the same tonality of unimpressed completely resigned and unwilling to help at all I was told the exact same sentence, verbatim. I understand the perks we have here in our society terms of medicine but not being heard by a doctors is one of the worst feelings in the world especially when it's in regard to your own health. This business advertises that they are open until 6:00 p.m. That is not the case. We arrived at the practice last night at 5:48 p.m. They had just turned off their "Open" sign and locked the doors. We knocked on the doors only to be ignored by the front desk staff. My neighbor had been bitten by a dog and needed her wound cleaned and given a tetanus shot and antibiotics. The visit wouldn't have taken very long. Instead, we had to go to the ER and wait for about an hour and a half. If this business wants their staff to be clocked out by 6:00 then they need to change their clinic hours. Their posted office hours are misleading. read more

The clinic closes at 6:00PM, yet the staff already had the doors locked at 5:35PM. No patients were in the lobby. Five staff members saw my wife painfully stand at the door, yet not one of them could find enough professional courtesy or even a grain of empathy to come to the door to explain to us that they were no longer accepting patients--not even a wave of acknowledgement as I knocked on the door and window; they would not even answer the phone as we called. We were giving this clinic a second chance because the previous visit didn't end so well when the nurse failed to follow the doctor's directions and administered a steroid shot in the wrong hip. Although this clinic is conveniently located, we will drive the extra distance to avoid another BAD experience. read more

I have been to Our Med several times since they opened up a in the new location in Eastchase. I have seen both Dr. Mclemore and Dr. Moeller and both are so excellent doctors.!! Horrible experience! I had my mantoux skin test done and the doctor said I need an xray so I had an xray...The nurse came back and said I need a blood test done too but they don't have the tube to use so I have to come back the next day.I called them and asked from saturday til tuesday they said no tube delivered yet and will call me back..So wednesday I called again and they said they don't do any blood test there! Like what???? So I told my husband and he called them,they said the same thing..Its crazy! If there's something wrong with my xray then they have called me to let me know but never did so I assume I am okay! I just needed my xray result so I can start my job! read more

Previously enjoyed going to this clinic because the staff was always friendly and professional, but they never followed up with culture results or antibiotic effectiveness on MULTIPLE visits. The one time they finally followed up, they told me an antibiotic I am allergic to was the only option for me to take to treat my illness, which is not real, and then when I asked to speak to the Doctor the woman hung up on me and refused to take any more of my calls. They also told me that if I wanted better care to seek it elsewhere. If the staff is saying it why are we trusting our care with them? Will not be recommending to anyone or visiting again. read more

Worst Urgent care I have ever been too. It has been almost 3 hrs since I checked in and I am still waiting. I am here for an on the job injury and there has been no triage or even questions about how I am doing. They have no clue as to how serious my injury may be. I would get up and walk out but my leg is hurting badly and I don't want to start this over somewhere else. The front desk staff were pleasant. That is the only compliment I can provide. I had a 6pm appointment and at 7pm, I still had not been called back. I also witnessed at least 2 other people who arrived after me get called back to be seen by a doctor. When I inquired about my wait time, I was simply told that they were busy and would get to me as soon as possible. I asked what was the purpose of having an appointment if I couldn't be seen within a reasonable time and the receptionist informed me that it would not be fair to others who had walked in if they took me back to honor my appointment. Again, the purpose of having an appointment is to have a dedicated time to be seen and avoid the long wait times. Took our daughter in Friday night after she got back from a trip. She had a sinus infection and a bad cough from the drainage. We needed an antibiotic and a decongestant with an expectorant. Took 3 hours from enter to exit. Horrible service. They have to get better....we spent maybe 8 minutes with a dr that said "She has a sinus infection and a bad cough from the drainage. She will need an antibiotic and a decongestant with an expectorant." Really? Ridiculous. Two stars because we at least got the prescriptions we needed. read more

My daughter also had a sinus infection. Yes, it took awhile for her to be seen, but there were tons of sick people there. The staff was lovely. Because they were so professional and caring in my daughter's care, I personally went back to this location when I woke up sick on Saturday morning. My wait was minimal (less than 30 minutes) and they were once again lovely. Your wait has a direct relationship to the number of people that are sick and that got there before you did. Curtis McLemore, M.D. & Chandler Muller, D.O. have been treating me and my family for many years, essentially since they came to Montgomery. I personally do not believe any better care is available here, and they are there when other doctors offices are closed. It is a walk-in clinic so one needs to understand there may be a delay or wait in seeing a physician. I can recommend this clinic and these doctors without reservation. They wok well with you and are fairly quick to respond to treatments in especially with state employees. The down side is that there website does not work well so you want found out much about them till they fix that problem. Their facilities are really clean compared to most pri-meds you go to. The only benefit is that they're open 24/7 other than that I find them slightly prejudice towards customers w/o insurance or they're still racists.
