Horrible experience! I had a dental implant put in by an oral surgeon in Colorado. I called around to see if any dentists in Dickinson would be able to put it back in before any tissue grew around the implant. Dr. Stika said he would. It was extremely painful when he screwed it back in and then he decided to tighten it even more after it was put in. My implant ended up failing because of Dr. Stika over tightening the healing abutment which ended up costing me additional money for a surgery and it completely reset the timeframe to get a crown. My oral surgeon cannot believe that a trained dentist wouldn't know better.
