The glasses I purchased from my first visit (2016) had the wrong Rx. The dr here used the Rx gotten from a previous dr to create lenses for me, the previous Rx was not correct and that was why I no longer was going to that office. These glasses had an incorrect Rx (axis and cylinder), wrong material (too thick) and were just bad looking. I was at fault for the bad looking glasses, but I expect a new dr to figure out their own Rx and not use a previous dr's Rx, that seems lazy to me. In the next year's annual appointment (2017) I had so many problems that I am just going to list them, and you can decide for yourself. Ordered new glasses that took 5 months to get correct, at various times had the wrong rx, wrong thickness, twisted frames (several times blame was put on the place where the frame and lenses were put together), and while checking them, this office scratched my current old glasses horribly and put big divots into the new pair of glasses - both destructions of my glasses were blamed on me, or really not on the office, and after I showed them the issues, not a single sorry was given. I told the dr that I had a few times in the last year had scratchy stuff in my eyes, so they gave me allergy meds and told me to not use my monthly contacts, then it took a month and a half for them to realize that all the issues I was having with the new daily contacts they gave me came from the allergy meds they also prescribed to me. After I realized that they didn't actually know what they were doing, I just went back to how I had been wearing contacts before these issues came up, and now everything is back to working perfectly. The people in this office are super friendly, that is until you have any sort of an issue with anything. At the end of my time attempting to get glasses and contacts from this office, one of the Drs told me that "we are just not compatible." I guess they just didn't want to fix all the issues they caused. If you are confident that you will never question a single thing that these drs tell you, then you will be happy with this dr's office, but if you care at all about your eyes, seek a competent doctor, as this office was not competent in my experience.

Basically kicks you out for asking questions and then tells you to remove your sample contacts so he can throw them away. The most unprofessional place, even the assistants were shocked by his reaction.

Some new stores and food in the parking lot area as well as inside. This mall is updated way more than some local ones in bigger cities by me. No food court but a grocery store on the other side is connected. And they have hot pretzels and lemonade as in the mall. Used to have an ice cream or frozen yogurt place inside but it's either being worked on or gone with the wall art still up. Can order online. But if you need a few things as a teen or pants for your kids etc. place to get your ears pierced this is a great spot in town.
