I first encountered this store at their York location. I love their brand of lip smackers and…read moresoap. I was disappointed when they only had lavender or peppermint lip balm. I know they make other scents like coconut. They seemed to have a lot of "commercial" items such as book bags, stuffies, rubber ducks and bath/body items from other brands. The thing that captivated me originally about this shop at the York location was that it wasn't commercialized. You could walk in and get a handmade item making it a unique gift. There is a very large selection of balm bombs and fuzzies in the center of the store. The left side does have an assortment of their soap. The right wall was all crystals, tarot sets, a brand of bath and body items called Badger. Also other trinkets. The back had a few more soaps with a mix of trinkets. I had to ask about the lip balm and no wonder I didn't see it because it was a small basket with maybe 5 total and no variety like I remembered. I know it's different to mute the scents but it was so overwhelming that I had a hard time differentiating the soaps I was trying to smell from the overall scent of everything else. I've been to other stores like Lush at park City and don't remember having that over powering perfume smell. It smells good but just hard to smell anything in particular. This is such a great shop but I felt like the inventory at this location needs a refresh.

While strolling the 300-block of N Queen St, I happened upon this new shop. Luxurious soaps,…read morelotions, body oils, body scrubs, etc. all made by the owner. I would definitely recommend anything in the "Inhale" line. Mostly citrusy, but softly tempered by a hint of vanilla. Enough shea butter to moisturize, but not be too greasy. There is a beautiful sink and faucet area toward the rear of the shop where you can try out the products before you buy (particularly scrubs). Packaging is lovely and perfect for gifts, although I purchased these presents for myself :)

I am a vanilla lover. My fragrance loves in my collection are Burberry Goddess, Vanilla Woods, Babycat and Angel Elixir. I will mix it up though because I don't discriminate and just love an uplifting fragrance. Refran has some amazing vanilla based options. It was so hard for me to pick just one, but eventually did! I brought two of my besties back the same day to treat them to the same lovely experience. I also made another purchase as a gift. There is something here for everyone. The quality is excellent; the products are clean; the experience is a blast; the owners are knowledgeable; it's a small local business; and we now have another uniquely Carlisle gift spot. They have regular store hours, but will also open by appointment. I cannot wait to take family members when they visit. Don't let the location throw you off... The building looks residential. Pull up, park in the lot, and pop in for an experience and if you're interested some education about fragrance.

I absolutely love The Olive Branch products! A dear friend first introduced me to their beautiful…read morelavender soap, and most recently surprised me with the Peach Hibiscus lotion. It is pure luxury. The lotion is rich without feeling greasy, absorbs beautifully, and leaves my skin incredibly soft. The Peach Hibiscus fragrance is simply divine fresh, elegant, and uplifting without being overpowering. Every time I use it, it feels like a little moment of self care. I also appreciate supporting a small, woman owned business that clearly puts so much love and care into everything they create. It's obvious these products are made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. If you're looking for handcrafted gifts or simply want to treat yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend The Olive Branch. I know I'll be back to try more of their wonderful products!
