I found the food to be mostly well executed, drawing a lot of Cantonese flavors from my hometown, which was impressive given that I could not find anyone in the restaurant that spoke Cantonese. (Amuse Buche: A) - The chicken strips were quite interesting as this seasoning style is traditionally used with jellyfish, but I assumed it was adjusted to a Western audience and it works almost as well! The prawn is a classic comfort food done well. Finally, the pickled radish is one of my favorite childhood snacks that has been seeing a resurgence recently, so I love that it is in Milan as well. This is place is SO authentic, the menu is only in Italian or Chinese. I speak neither so I was in a pickle but the yelp pictures helped a lot. Thank you yelpers!
